Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) has concluded a Call Center Training program for the members of various departments. Participants from Trading Division, Business Development and Administration, Marine Transport Division and Land Transport Division teams were engaged in this training. The program was conducted in association with Corporate Training Institute Maldives (CTI Maldives).
Participants included from different levels and aspects including Call center operators, sales officers, Customer Service officers, customer relation officers and operation officers. Even though the program was titled as Call Centre training, this program various aspects that is essential for frontline teams to improve the customer experience.
This training helped participants to learn how to deal with difficult customers and to handle challenging situations with customers including physical situations as well as when they are on a call. Furthermore, participants were provided with a session about on cold calling or sales calls. Additionally, the program included sessions to develop a service improvement mindset and time management skills.
The training was conducted by qualified and experience coaches at CTI Maldives via presentations, videos, workshops and games.
The participants were very happy about the whole program and delivery. “I believe this is one of the best training programs I have attended that attended. The practical scenarios and role play helped us visualize actual situations. All sessions were fun and enjoyable.” one participant expressed his view after the program.
