CTI has effectively organized a training session on Conflict Resolution for the employees of Fuel Supplies Maldives (FSM). The training was expertly delivered by Hawwa Leesha, an accomplished psychologist with vast expertise in the industry. She is a published author and is highly recognized for her excellent delivery of trainings, sharing valuable knowledge and imparting essential skills to take care of one’s personal mental health.
The training was conducted on 05th August 2024 and 20 staff from FSM participated in it. The session was delivered successfully as the participants highlighted the importance of having a fair environment for conflict resolution. This training awards its participants with certificates.
