The Coach shared practical strategies for reducing stress, including mindfulness practices, time management techniques, and the importance of taking regular breaks. These coping mechanisms are designed to help employees navigate stressful situations without compromising their mental and physical health, ensuring they remain productive and engaged at work.
Finally, the session emphasized the importance of developing skills to balance work-life boundaries, a critical component in preventing burnout. Leesha provided insights into how setting clear boundaries between work and personal life can lead to a more fulfilling and sustainable career.
