CTI Maldives has just wrapped up an electrifying session on “Leadership” at the LaamaseeluLaamu Women Development Committee (WDC) Seminar 2024, held on September 17-18 in the vibrant setting of L. Fonadhoo. This exciting initiative, led by the Laamu Atoll Council, aimed to ignite passion and commitment among women leaders across the atoll. With an impressive turnout, the seminar turned into a lively hub of ideas and inspiration, setting the stage for impactful leadership development.
The session was masterfully led by Ahmed Nawaz Rasheed, the Chief Operations Officer of CTI Maldives. With his engaging style and wealth of knowledge, Coach Nawaz brought to life the essence of effective leadership. He kicked off the session by diving into the question, “What makes a leader?” Participants were encouraged to reflect on their own journeys and recognize the leader within themselves.
