Today, over 40 staff members from Villa Mart participated in two enriching training sessions held at the Villa College Premises. The first session conducted by CTI Coach Randha Fuad focused on team building, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving organizational goals. Participants engaged in fun and interactive team-building activities designed to foster collaboration and trust. The session also addressed common barriers to effective teamwork and introduced essential skills to enhance team dynamics, such as communication and problem-solving.

The second session conducted by CTI Coach Ahmed Nawaz Rasheed, was uniquely customized according to the retail product information of Villa Mart, which is crucial for employees working in the competitive retail environment. Staff members were introduced to the products that are exclusive distributorships and top sellers of Villa Mart, to understand the products better and enhance product knowledge. This session also highlighted the importance of maintaining an appealing mart ambiance by sharing product knowledge with customers and provided practical know-how on product levels and displays to attract customers and boost sales.

The training sessions were well-received, with participants actively engaging in discussions and activities. The two-batch format allowed for personalized attention and ensured that all staff members could benefit from the training.
